Ferry Boat

Today, in celebration of the holiday we went to Seattle and rode on a Ferry boat. I have never been on a ferry, so I was very excited. Morgan was really excited about the water. She told me "Mom be careful, don't drop your glasses in the water." She's always looking out for everyone. It was a very pretty and an enjoyable ride. While we were on the ferry, the seagulls were just gliding right overhead. They were not afraid of all the people. People were feeding the seagulls, one guy had them eating right out of his hand.
We rode the ferry to bainbridge island. It was a pretty small town, by the time we got there at six o'clock PM everything was closed. We walked around for awhile and finally found a little PO-dunk restaurant that was open. As we are finishing up our dinner we look at the clock and realize that the ferry is suppose to leave in ten minutes. We hurry and pay for our dinner, pick up the kids and start running back. We didn't make it in time so we had to sit around with a very grumpy David for an hour while we waited for the next boat.
Here is a picture of some random guy I saw on the street. Yes my friends, he is wearing a skirt!
David on the ferry. He is a future fire fighter!

This was at a park overlooking the harbor.
This was my attempt to get a family photo.

This was as we were pulling up to the dock, with the night time glow of Seattle behind.
