Its that time of year when all the wonderful fruit is in season, and that can only mean one thing. . Canning! I am proud to say that I just finished my first batch of canned peaches, All by myself. They turned out beautifuly.

It is a great feeling when you can your first batch by yourself. The only one I've done by myself is grape juice.. It sure is a nice feeling. Way to go Kayla!
